ARTICLE 1: CONDITIONS AND ACCEPTANCE
The customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at the time of booking.

ART. 2: OFFERS
Our offers are made without obligation on our part; the reservation is effective after our acceptance of the request.

ART. 3: RESERVATIONS
Booking constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer. All bookings must be made via the website, email, phone call, or SMS. Each booking must include the customer's name, email address, phone number, the precise departure and arrival addresses, the date and time of service, as well as the number of passengers and the number of pieces of luggage (according to the vehicle's maximum capacity). A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to validate your booking.

ART. 4: NATURE OF SERVICES
FIDELITY TRANSFERT is committed to providing its clients with all the necessary resources for the proper execution of the service entrusted to them. The service will be provided on the day and at the time specified during booking, and schedules will be respected except in cases of force majeure (accident, traffic difficulties, weather conditions, etc.). If the client is delayed (for transfers) by less than 15 minutes, FIDELITY TRANSFERT will not charge any additional fees for the service. If the client is delayed (for transfers) by more than 15 minutes, a flat fee of €20 (including VAT) will be charged, followed by an additional €20 (including VAT) for each subsequent 30-minute increment.
Regarding overtime for vehicle and driver provision, any overtime exceeding 15 minutes will be charged at one hour at the quote rate.
In the event that the customer who has paid for a service does not show up at the place and time he himself indicated, so that FIDELITY TRANSFER is unable to provide the service, FIDELITY TRANSFER cannot be held responsible and no refund or compensation will be due to the customer.

ART. 5: CANCELLATION OF THE SERVICE
Cancellation of the service must be sent as follows:
• For individuals: by email (fidelitytransfert@gmail.com) and confirmation of receipt issued by us.
• For businesses: by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or email
In the event of cancellation of a service by the client, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following terms:
• In case of cancellation at least 72 hours before the start of the first service
20% of the total amount including tax of the service.
• In case of cancellation 48 hours before the start of the service for any reason whatsoever: 50% of the total amount including tax of the service.
• In case of cancellation 24 hours before the start of the service for any reason whatsoever: 70 % of the total amount including tax of the service.
• In case of cancellation on the day of the service for any reason whatsoever: 80 % of the total amount including tax of the service.
• In case of cancellation less than 4 hours before the start of the service for any reason whatsoever: 100% of the total amount including tax of the service.

ART. 6: PAYMENT
Booking is mandatory and can be done on the website or by phone.
FIDELITY TRANSFER notifies of its availability and sends a quote which the client approves.
Payment is made via bank transfer or credit card.
Payment by check is not accepted except for companies with an account and end-of-month billing.
The transmission of your personal information and banking details is completely secure.
Under no circumstances will your bank details be stored for processing and use by third parties.
This information is only accessible to our banking partner for the purpose of contacting your bank.

ART. 7: RATES AND PRICE UPDATES
The basic rates are indicated on the website www.fidelitytransfert.com, the company undertakes to communicate the rates for each trip via a quote.
Prices are valid for the current year, they will be updated at the beginning of each year, rates during congress periods may change.
A service contract will be drawn up between FIDELITY TRANSFER and the professional clients.

ART. 8: PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
FIDELITY TRANSFER is committed to contributing as much as possible to the care and comfort of people with reduced mobility.

ART. 9: DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
In accordance with the regulations in force regarding the production of personal data, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978; amended by the Law of 6 August 2004, the contracting parties undertake to ensure the reliability and good faith with regard to the establishment of their personal data.

ART. 10: COMMITMENT
In the event that it is impossible to carry out the agreed service, FIDELITY TRANSFER undertakes to put the client in contact with a qualified partner able to perform the agreed service.

ART. 11: USE OF DATA
The content of the website www.fidelitytransfert.com, its general structure, text, animated and static images, pricing, and video audio are the exclusive property of FIDELITY TRANSFERT. Any total or partial use of the website www.fidelitytransfert.com by any means whatsoever is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

ART. 12: POLICE AND SECURITY RULES
The vehicle and driver will be equipped with the necessary on-board documents for the smooth running of the entire transport.
In accordance with the law in force in all public places, smoking is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles.
In accordance with the provisions of the liquor licensing code, it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages on board our vehicles.
Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory for all passengers in the vehicle and this instruction will be expressly reiterated upon pick-up.

ART. 13: DISPUTES and CLAIMS
In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Cannes shall have sole jurisdiction.

ART. 14: INSURANCE AND APPROVAL
FIDELITY TRANSFER has taken out unlimited personal injury liability insurance.
